Launched in 1949, MOUSTACHE was created by Edmond Roudnitska. The name was inspired by Van Dyck’s portrait of Charles 1st of England who boasted fine whiskers. Almost 70 years later, Interparfums decided to relaunch this iconic fragrance using the original formula for this comeback. A first, dedicated to those who love vintage and classic juices: MOUSTACHE ORIGINAL 1949, EAU DE TOILETTE.
ORIGINAL 1949 – “An incredibly contemporary aromatic EDT.”
• Bergamot and lemon explode head-on with a splash of freshness, a burst of light, reminiscent of a trip to Calabria. It’s both delightful and refreshing.
• The refined note of pure Lavender (like the one men sometimes add to the lapel of their jacket) accompanies the elegance of Neroli and the charm of Violet. This seductive heart note is distinguished and precious without being ostentatious; and surprisingly youthful.
• Patchouli, Mosses and White Musks provide the base notes, simplicity being the fragrance’s best and most beautiful secret. It’s intimate, suitably tannic and simply immaculate.
It is available as 75 and 125 ml Eau de Toilette.
